Cancellation Policy

No Contracts. No Fees. Cancel Anytime.

Turnkey Dispatch is month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no penalties for leaving.

How to Cancel

We process cancellations within 24 hours.

What Happens When You Cancel

AI Receptionist

Your AI receptionist stops answering calls at the end of your current billing cycle (or immediately, if you prefer). Turn off call forwarding on your phone and you're back to where you started.

Website (Front Desk and Growth plans)

If we built and host your website as part of your subscription:

• The website will be taken offline within 7 days of your cancellation date.
• If you want to keep the website, you can request a domain and site transfer for a one-time fee of $1,500. This includes the domain, all site files, and 30 days of transition support.
• If you brought your own domain, you keep it. We only deactivate our hosting.

Your Data

• Call logs, transcripts, and recordings are retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
• Your business profile and onboarding data is deleted after 90 days.
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.

Free Month Cancellation

If you cancel before day 30, your card on file is never charged. You owe nothing. Any website work we performed during the free month is our loss, not yours. However, the website will be taken offline upon cancellation per the terms above.

Reactivation

Want to come back? Text or email us. If it's been less than 90 days, we can reactivate your AI receptionist with the same configuration. After 90 days, we'll do a fresh onboarding call (no charge).
