Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Turnkey Dispatch LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment booking, and business operations services for home-service businesses ("you," "your," "Client"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and Billing

We offer three plans: After-Hours ($299/mo), Front Desk ($499/mo), and Growth ($999/mo). Your first month of AI answering is free. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until day 31. After the free month, billing is monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.

The free month covers AI phone answering only. Website development, Google Business Profile setup, and other deliverables included in Front Desk and Growth plans begin immediately and are not refundable labor.

3. Call Limits and Overage

Each plan includes a monthly call limit (After-Hours: 100 calls, Front Desk: 250 calls, Growth: 500 calls). Calls exceeding your limit are billed at your plan's overage rate ($2.50, $1.75, or $1.25 per call respectively).

A "billable call" is a call where the AI receptionist engages with the caller for 15 seconds or longer. Spam calls, robocalls, and hangups under 15 seconds do not count toward your monthly limit and are never billed.

4. Website and Domain Ownership

If your plan includes a website (Front Desk or Growth), the following terms apply:

• Domain registration and hosting. We register and manage your business domain on your behalf. The domain is registered under our account and hosted on our infrastructure. Domain registration costs are included in your monthly subscription.
• Active subscription required. Your website remains live and accessible for as long as your subscription is active and in good standing. If your subscription is canceled, paused, or suspended, we will take the website offline within 7 days of cancellation.
• Domain transfer option. If you wish to take full ownership of your domain and website files, you may request a transfer. A one-time transfer fee of $1,500 applies, which covers the domain transfer, export of all site files and content, and a 30-day transition period where we assist with the handoff.
• Content ownership. You own all business content, photos, logos, and text provided by you. We own the website design, code, and templates used to build your site. Upon transfer, you receive a copy of the design and code for your continued use.
• Existing domains. If you already own a domain and point it to our hosting, you retain full ownership of that domain. This section only applies to domains we register on your behalf.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting us, emailing admin@turnkeydispatch.com, or submitting a cancellation request through our contact form. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.

Upon cancellation:

• Your AI receptionist stops answering calls immediately (or at end of billing cycle, your choice).
• Any website we built will be taken offline within 7 days unless you request a domain transfer.
• We retain call logs and transcripts for 90 days, then permanently delete them.
• If you canceled during your free month, your card is never charged.

6. AI Disclosure

Your AI receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant to every caller. We do not misrepresent the AI as a human employee. This is required by law in several states (including California SB 1001) and is our standard practice in all states.

7. Call Recording and Data

Calls handled by your AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and to generate your SMS summaries and daily reports. Callers are informed that the call may be recorded. See our Call Recording Policy for details.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Respond to emergency escalation texts in a timely manner.
• Notify us of changes to your services, hours, or service area.
• Maintain an active phone number for call forwarding.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for missed calls due to carrier issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures (Twilio, Retell, etc.). We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries. Always verify critical details with the caller directly. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by text or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
