Privacy Policy

What We Collect

From you (the business owner): Name, email, phone number, business details, calendar credentials, and onboarding information you provide during setup.

From your callers: Name, phone number, address, description of their issue, urgency level, and any other information they share during the call. Call recordings and transcripts are generated for service delivery.

How We Use It

• To operate your AI receptionist (answering calls, booking appointments, sending SMS summaries).
• To generate daily reports and performance metrics.
• To improve call quality and AI accuracy.
• To communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your callers' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Twilio: Phone number provisioning and call routing.
• Retell AI: AI voice agent processing.
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and data storage.
• Google Calendar API: Appointment booking (only if you connect your calendar).

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Data Retention

• Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days after your account is canceled, then permanently deleted.
• Your business profile: retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
• Caller data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of all data we hold about your account, or request deletion of your data, by emailing admin@turnkeydispatch.com. We will respond within 30 days.
